Frequently asked questions
Do I need to speak Polish to use Plumm?
Being upfront: the app interface is currently in Polish, and so are the AI assistant's answers. Sign-up, invoice PDFs and these guides are in English, and English versions of the app are being rolled out. What Plumm removes is the hard part: knowing Polish tax rules, deadlines and forms, all of which it handles for you.
What gets filed with Polish authorities, and in what language?
VAT/PIT/CIT declarations, JPK files, ZUS filings and KSeF e-invoices are all filed in Polish, in the official formats Polish law requires. That is a legal requirement for every business in Poland, and Plumm prepares and files them for you.
Can I issue invoices in English?
Yes. Invoice PDFs are available in Polish, English and German. The structured KSeF invoice sent to the Ministry of Finance follows the required Polish schema, as it must for every business in Poland.
What is KSeF?
KSeF (Krajowy System e-Faktur) is Poland's national e-invoicing system for B2B invoices. It is already mandatory in stages: from February 1, 2026 for the largest businesses and from April 1, 2026 for everyone else, with the smallest taxpayers covered from January 1, 2027. Plumm prepares and sends your invoices through it automatically.
Which business forms does Plumm support?
JDG (sole proprietorship) and sp. z o.o. (limited liability company). Onboarding asks for your business form and tax settlement method up front.
